Important Announcements For March:
1) We recently hired Nick Davis, former Chattanooga Red Wolves Performance coach. He will now be working alongside Jeff Smith as a PRJCT 1 Movement & Strength Coach.
2) We now offer a HYROX class at 6AM on Tuesdays and Thursday. Limited space available, so come check it out and jump in with us.
3) We will be doing a Limited Swag drop the 1st week of April so keep an eye out! Once it’s gone it’s gone.
4) We now offer a 7:00am-8:00am class and have available spots. Send us a dm, email, call or stop by to secure a spot.
5) Congrats to all of our members who participated for crushing the Chattanooga Half Marathon!
6) Chattanooga’s first mobile sauna called “Sauna Houz” will be opening its doors at our facility March 13th- March 27th, so come and get a sweat in!!!! Book a session at www.saunahouz.com, it is a first comer first serve M-F, 5am-6:30pm and Saturdays 8am-11am.
